About Medicines

Are all medicines available on QuickPharma genuine?

Yes, we ensure 100% genuine medicines. All our products are sourced directly from authorized manufacturers and distributors. We maintain strict quality checks and proper storage conditions. Each product comes with manufacturer details and expiry dates clearly visible.

Do I need a prescription for all medicines?

Some medicines require a valid prescription, while others are available over-the-counter. We clearly indicate which products require a prescription on their product page. You can upload your prescription during checkout or via our prescription upload page for restricted medicines.

Can I check the medicine's expiry date before ordering?

Yes, we ensure that all medicines have a minimum of 6 months validity at the time of delivery. The expiry date is mentioned on each product listing and during checkout. If you receive an expired or near-expiry medicine, we offer a full refund or replacement.

Delivery & Shipping

What is the delivery time?

We offer same-day delivery in metro cities for orders placed before 12 PM and next-day delivery for other areas. The delivery time depends on your location and the availability of items. You'll receive a tracking link and estimated delivery time once your order is confirmed.

Do you deliver on weekends and holidays?

Yes, we deliver on weekends and most public holidays. However, delivery may be delayed on major national holidays. You can check the estimated delivery date during checkout based on your location and the selected delivery slot.

Is there a delivery charge?

Delivery charges are calculated based on your location and the weight of the order. We offer FREE delivery on orders above ₹500 in most areas. The exact delivery charge will be displayed during checkout before you complete your payment.

What payment methods do you accept?

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 15-day return/refund policy from the date of delivery. Products must be unopened and unused in original packaging. Medicines cannot be returned for safety reasons unless they are damaged or expired. Log in to your account and request a return through the "My Orders" section.

How long does a refund take?

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned items. The refunded amount will be credited back to your original payment method. For bank transfers, it may take an additional 2-3 days for the funds to appear in your account.
